I found this recipe on Pinterest and i had to try it! Egg white muffins: tomato, green pepper, onion, shredded mozzarella cheese in egg white filled muffin cups. Sprinkle black pepper and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. This is a tasty and healthy breakfast, snack or even dinner. Make extra to keep in the refrigerator for an on-the go meal. You can add lots of other things too, like Turkey bacon/sausage. Let me know if you try this recipe with any other ingredients!

Fresh cucumber, corn, grilled zucchini, mixed veggies, asparagus sprinkled with mozzarella cheese and lightly seasoned chicken breast dinner. Salt free except for the canned asparagus.
